ABOUT ME
Dane O’Driscoll’s practice focuses primarily on personal injury, insurance bad faith, and estate planning matters. Drawing on experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation, Dane brings a holistic approach to every case and works to develop practical strategies that help clients achieve meaningful results.
A graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law, Dane chose to build his practice in Spokane because of his strong connection to the community and the people who call Eastern Washington home. He takes pride in providing straightforward advice, personalized attention, and determined advocacy for every client he serves. Outside the office, Dane enjoys whitewater rafting/kayaking, training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and exploring the outdoors with his wife and dog.
